@penultimate – I definitely like Gilder more than Atros as well, and like you I want to see more interaction between him and Sacha. I really can’t tell y’all how much I love Sacha <3 if there was no axis or rhys he would definitely be my most favorite.

@Einatsu – My favorite pairing is Axis X Rhys too :3 and besides them my favorite characters are Reed and Sacha. I have a love-hate relationship with Linneus…and I don’t particularly obsess over his relationship with Atros. I just watch the drama unfold.

@maddymoonchild – thanks maddy! I had read Legal Drug a couple of years back and was bummed out when I saw it didn’t have a continuation. I went looking for the new one once you mentioned it :3  What I love about clamp is that somehow it seems all of their work is related to one another. On legal drug we see characters from Wish and from xxxHolic and then on Kobato the angel from Wish appears again and also characters from Chobits. And of course then there’s Tsubasa where everyone pops up sooner or later! ( I didn’t love that ending by the way….) Anyway as I was saying, you read one of their mangas and then you realize that you’ve seen a certain character somewhere else and it makes things more interesting….oh, and don’t forget the subtle fanservice lol

@Alyssa Jennings – I will totally buy one of those buttons from you if you bring some along! :D  Last summer was my first time going to a convention and I loved artist ally. I want to do something like that some time. I like crafts. My only worry is the amount of work that would take since it’s probably something I would do by myself (none of my really close friends have the love of anime/manga I do or the time) and I really don’t know what exactly I would sell or if it’s good enough to sell. So I shall place that in my to do list for the future, maybe we can chat about how you got started during the trip? :)

and I’m with you, I will not be able to resist buying chapter 4 as soon as it’s out!

@Einatsu – I stopped getting the emails too! I think you have to check the box every time you post. Well, this has become like the actual teahouse page for me, I just check it everyday lol and darn! your friend did a great cosplay! I only noticed the wig until you mentioned it lol

that’s a list of all the story she’s written. My favorite is the Lord & Prince, it’s also the longest. The first segment is Supernatural Entanglements and it starts with Pale as Porcelain. My other favorites are Violent Wind, Supernatural Revolution and Glass, Light & Water. Hope you enjoy them :)

 

Alyssa I would so totally get that button! It’s a subtle declaration for liking yaoi that only those that know what it is would know what it means. love it. I’m with you on the social network sites…I remember when a friend of mine made me get a myspace and I logged on like 5 times. Now I have a facebook but I rarely use it. I don’t have a twitter or instagram. I was going to get a tumblr but I got confused on how to use it so I stick to just looking at other people’s lol

I really mostly stick with anime/manga slash. I’m not really into the movies/tv show stuff. I would probably be into the games if I played more lol

I so want one of those special editions! I looked at the sneak peek they posted on the teahouse tumblr and I found that pic on the sketchbook of axis, rory, an linneus very interesting. We really haven’t seen axis and linneus interact at all so I’m curious as to what they’re relationship is…are they just indifferent to each other? I can’t imagine axis messing with linneus the way he does with rory.

@penultimate –  you are so right! I do feel that my biggest secret is out of the way so I can really say whatever now! . You won’t believe how I laughed at your “Bring on the dick jokes” LOL. Though I don’t think I can do that, I can think them but I’m probably too self-conscious to verbalize my thoughts….haha  I concur that laughter is a great way to break the ice. I love humor and don’t mind being silly or acting stupid to get a laugh out of someone. It makes me feel like I achieved something when I make someone laugh :)

I know! when I read the post I was like “Teahouse?” I really can’t think of something else that I’d rather see than teahouse. But I really like ordinary stuff if that makes sense- something like guy meets guy at a grocery store…I don’t know how to explain this, I just like believable stories that could happen in real life, though “life can be stranger than fiction” right? lol. And I don’t mind stories with a slow moving plot if they are written well.

And talking about good writing, is anyone into xxxholic? flakedice at livejournal writes the most wonderful Doumeki x Watanuki stories! I think she is my favorite writer for this fandom~ I especially love her Lord & Prince series, it has a slow moving plot but it’s filled with wonderful imagery and all sorts of foreshadowing and unsolved mysteries, I can’t wait till she updates the next segment to the story, I’ve re-read that story like eight times now :)

I’m too lazy and laid back to put much effort into the stalking/obsessive behavior but I totally share the sentiment of making favorite characters into husbands lol whenever I watch an anime, drama, or read manga I just point and be ” that’s husband number–” XD my friends and family just roll their eyes at me lol
