    @Miryei –  it’s fate Miryei, you and I were meant to meet!!! lol

    @maddymoonchild
    –  Maddy….I’m so jealous! I want my own manga library! someday…..-determined face- and don’t worry we’ll be broke together XD

    so, I just finished watching Wolf’s Rain (anyone else seen it?) and I was bawling by the end…just a little…ok? and that brings me to today’s question: is there any manga/anime that have made you cry and then you feel like doing the nothing the rest of the day because you keep thinking about it and get sad? which ones?

    Amazing! I’ve missed 2 pages of comments! I’ve been busy with finals….so let me try to catch up to y’all

    @Einatsu
    – A friend was raving about Homestuck a couple weeks ago but I haven’t had the chance to read it…well that and I’m kinda petty because I always look at the art first…though later I end up kicking myself and asking me why in the world I didn’t read something sooner (it has happened with manga)
    I have read some of TJ and Amal but I’m not caught up to it….I fell behind and now I don’t even remember where I was…

    @Samdyn
    – I think I’m just going to add international calling to my service for that month, that way I can call home. I don’t use my cell that much but I figured I need to keep the family updated and tell them I haven’t gotten lost yet lol . May I hire you for your crane machine awesomeness?! I fail at those things XD

    @Hari –  Welcome fellow Texan!!! I don’t have a texan accent either, but that’s cuz I’m not originally from here :)  I love FB. I thought it was a great growing up story. When I have kids I’m gonna make them read manga like this. That’s gonna be my educational guideline lol My favorite characters were Ayame, Kyo, and Momiji. I think I have read some of Nakamura’s work. I love the art style.

    @dragoncat
    – “The pair of you have things I’ve always wanted: bigger tits and awesome crane powers.” YES. Gosh, you just made my day!. I stare at the math question longer than I should even when I’m sober lol. I’m so looking forward to meeting you in person you are hilarious  :)

    @ maddymoonchild – welcome child of the moon!

    guys, guys *virtually embraces maddymoonchild, Myryei, and dragoncat* I LOVE KUROKO NO BASUKE TOOOO!!!!

    ugh, why are you guys so amazing?! My favorite is Kuroko :) I always find it funny that he has “no presence” because to me he is such an intense and passionate guy! How can they not notice such an adorable thing? I’ve heard about the new season, but I’m not all caught up to the manga :( . I think I’m gonna start it from the beginning. If any of you are into the fangirl pairings for this manga may I recommend this tumblr —>http://rainbowbasketball.tumblr.com/ they have some really cute doujinshi.

    I agree with dragoncat. It takes guts to cosplay.

    Since we are talking about manga now, has anyone read Skip Beat! ? it has become one of my all-time favorite manga, well along with Hana-Kimi and Kuroko ;D

    I think I’ve caught up? sorry for the long post guys lol

    @Samdyn – I really don’t see why someone should be rude just because you decide not to eat meat D:<  An ex-coworker of mine is a vegetarian. What I think is interesting is that she’s a vegan because her mom is a vegan so she grew up eating non-meat products. Usually people think a person is vegetarian because he/she is against eating other living creatures. And one time she brought what she said was a bean cake for her lunch and it looked so delicious~

    so whenever I come to check the forum I see the number of posts on the forums for the other trips…and I was wondering, am I the only one that feels sort of accomplished?smug? that our forum has the most posts? XD

    I always think of it as Teahouse winning over everything else lol

    @Simona Nara – *comes back after googling kokeshi dolls* I do post comments sometimes (same username). Usually it’s only when I have something funny to say (…well, funny to me lol) or when I have a question about something. I’m more of a reader than a contributor on the comments. Recently there have been some posts about other webcomics and fanfics so I’ve been taking notes to read them later.

    Glad to hear the ladies are ok :D

    @ Simona Nara –  yeah not being able to get clothes makes me sad too…I really want to at least find some shoes…well at least jewelry should be universal right XD

    By the way, do you use the name “jpn lover” in the comments for the teahouse page? I just saw that name with the profile pic you have here and just had to ask lol

    @ Simona Nara – I’m concerned about the ladies as well. Right before the last page the note said something about E not feeling too well and like you said now it’s on hiatus so…. :(

    I was surprised that there’s no bagels in Italy. I see them everywhere here and hadn’t really thought about the availability in other places.And yes bagels are fabulous~ There’s a shop like 15 min from where I live called Einstein’s Bagels. They are the best! It seems I didn’t get the whole name for the lollies right. They are called Bon Bon Bum. Yesterday night I found a website that sells them so I might order some later on if I don’t find them in a local store. Chupa Chups sound familiar…..I think I’ve seen them before somewhere….

    I am impressed at y’alls money saving avility/willpower! I try…I really do…but then I see something in the store and I’m like “what if I need that for my trip?” and that was that…like dragoncat I think I’m gonna have to rely on my tax return to help me out

    @ Simona Nara – I love Nutella :3  when I do have time for breakfast I always have it on a cinnamon raisin bagel. I agree with you that an introduction would be polite….that way when I jump them at the airport it won’t be as rude lol (just kidding…it’s more probable that I’ll be too in awe to get too close lol) Anyway, like some of the others I feel awkward emailing them all of a sudden….they’re great people but I’m not the most social/talkative person out there…in fact I must brag a bit on my expertise in creating awkward silences/moments lol

    Anyway since there’s mention of foreign food floating around has anyone ever had a lollipop/sucker from Colombia called BonBon? A coworker from Colombia gave me some and I swear it’s the best lolli I’ve ever had. I’ve tried looking around where I live for a colombian grocery store or something because I just can’t get them out of my head!

    @YYZ kifujin –  A lot of good points you made there! :)

    first of all seen your exitment for the ghibli museum has gotten me pumped up! XD and reading your must-know phrases made me laugh and nod along.

    And about Teahouse….I think you have opened the floodgate my dear lol. There have been countless occasions where I almost posted something especially this past week with all of Reed and his naked fabulousness ;D but I always abstain because my future scenarios of what may happen consists of 1)the lesser evil being  everyone gushing over the new page or 2) a mob being created over conflicting opinions. God knows there’s been enough of that already…but yes I’m exited to see the ladies again! I saw them once at a con but didn’t really get to talk to them

    To save my self trouble I am arriving at LA on the 7th, the day prior. I think PacSet is offering optional hotel arrangements for people arriving before the 8th.

    @ Penultimate –  I agree with you about the crazy weather. I live in Texas and I actually took a cold shower tonight…so much for winter…

    @Moonwitch – I’ve been wondering about the weather myself. According to one website  I saw: (http://www.gotokyo.org/en/tourists/info/basic_info/climate/index.html#spr)

    “Spring is from March to May. In early spring, there are still cold days when a heavy coat is needed, but in May it gets warm enough during the day that only a short-sleeved shirt is needed. Although there may be days when it gets colder in the morning and evening, most days are generally warm and comfortable. The tourist sites, therefore, are crowded with many people enjoying the balmy weather especially when the sky is clear and the humidity is low -an ideal condition for sightseeing.”

    this other website has good info too: http://www.jnto.go.jp/eng/arrange/essential/climate.html

    so I’m thinking that a light sweater or long-sleeved shirt will be enough if it gets cold

    @YYZ kifujin – yay!!! It’s good to know I won’t be the only one hunting down those Kit Kats! XD

    @dragoncat
    – um…you wouldn’t happen to have a picture of that would you?….I’m sorry, but I’m gonna gang up with the nurses! lol that must have looked adorable!

    @Jessica
    – hi jessica!!! I’m started to get sad already because I think so far everyone signed up for the extended trip…I already don’t want to leave y’all!!! TToTT

    I head about the trip in August and immediately signed up so I have been making payments since September. They are supposed to send an invoice by the 10th of every month and they are due sometime in the early twenties of that same month.
