Simona…I’m in.They are part of the popin’ cookin’ line of make your own goodies. They also have ones that are non edible eraser designs etc. My girls love them! So i promised to get them some. Just a warning …some of them taste great an some definetly blah!LOL. I think you find making them is the best part!

Only 2 nights to go and it’s time to catch my plane ride from Seatac,Wa. To LAX. I know 2 other gals will be on my flight. Hope maybe we can chat before boarding & on the plane.

Hi everyone! Been gone for a couple wks.mostly due to everyone  getting sick. However did go to Sakura con  and best ever i meet E in person!! She is so nice and she was super excited about the tour. It was also great to see how busy their booth was. Though i was bummed i didn’t get a pic with her but i wasn’t going to bug her when they had so many folks at the booth.i did get vol 4 a necklace and my daighter & i both picked out a key charm with Mercutio naked but for a fig leaf on a unicorn holding 1 of his ” fun toys”  .the pic was in the back of vol 1 i think.

So about the live stream chat.i apologize i won’t be able to do it. Taking the Twins out for their B- day. So whom ever is my roomie sorry i couldn’t chat with ya…but we can talk later through email.

Amaya928 & a few other gals spoke of loving Xxxholic. I actually cosplay Yuuko Ichihara. I have 3 different outfits of hers. My fav is the blk/ wht onemshe wears in Tsubasa though the head piece can be a pain ….LOL! My Daughter Kat cosplays Watanuki mostly when i cosplay Yuuko but she has done Himiwari and my youngest daughter when we go to Kumoricon makes the most adorable pink haired Moro.

Einatsu…loved your friend cosplay. We are planning a group teahouse cosplay for this yrs kumoricon in Aug. i am leaning towards cosplaying Claret and my daughter Kat might do Argent. One of the gals is definetly cosplayingn Mercutio( he has become my fav) she is even going to carry a censor bar as if it is one of his lovely toys.( since you can’t actually walk around a con carrying a dildo..lol)anyone else thinking of cosplaying teahous character in the future and if you are who do you want to cosplay?

Wow I’ve missed a lot these last few wks.been super busy dealing with my late fathers estate sale an getting his house ready to sell and  working on Cosplay for the upcoming Sakura con.

Penultimate….you brought up flying from Seattle.wondering if you are still in the area.love to have someone to chat with on the 3 hr flight from Seatac Wa to LAX.

Samdyn….I’m not vegan but am allergic to most seafood.so you an I can be ramen buddies.since I know you can find vegan friendly ramen made of dashi or nori stock. Also I will be bringing my iPad so I can Skype with my kids( longest time mom has been away so I promised I would ck in daily) so if you  want to use it to email your family / friends your more than welcome to.

I agree with the odd weather. Here in western Washington it has been extra cold than normal. We had less than 2 inches of snow fall but the weather has been so cold it stuck around for 2 wks.it just finally all melted a couple days ago when our typical washington rainy weather appeared.

 

So what is everyone looking forward to seeing the most or place to shop in Japan?

I am so jealous that many of you were able to take Japanese Language classes.When i went to school they have you a choice of…Spanish,French,German.i have seen friends of my oldest son get offers to do Russian ,Dutch etc.

So curious i was looking up weather for May an still not sure what to wear clothing wise. Seemed each sight gave diffrent views.so what is the general weather to be packing for. It does not help i come from Wa. So 80 degrees is HOT for us..above that it is A/C  on high…LOL!

Hi! i’m Mari….so excited to be joining you all on this tour.I had planned on going in a few yrs after i mastered the language( i’m pretty much toddler level…LOL!hope im not along on that) but who could pass up this amazing tour!

I have so many ? …are most of you room sharing?i wasn’t sure to do it or not since i’m a super light sleeper & nightowl.plus i hope to skype once a day to my kiddos( will i be able to skpe with my ipad from the hotel?) so i don’t want to disturb my roomate.however $ it would be better & i would be able to get to know a new person.so how many of you are sharing or seperate room?

Just a lil about me.I’m a total otaku(plus yaoi fangirl!)LOL!  I am probably older than most of you going * cough 42 cough* LOL a single divorcee mom of 4 great kiddos. I devour manga(yaoi mostly but also Josei,shojo shonen)love anime since before it was in sub form.i still remember trying to figure out storylines since i had no clue what they were saying. I also write  fanfic,go to cons,& cosplay…i can proudly say i have helped turn all my kids into fellow otaku’s
